Douglas Aziz Filho

Douglas Aziz Filho - I am a biologist with a strong background in agroecology and natural plantations. Since 2012, acting in agroforestry and conservation of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. During my graduation, I supported the extension project of Organic Food Production in partnership between the university and public institutions, achieving among the results, the restoration of degraded land and safe food production. I believe that education is the foundation of well-being. It is the way to achieve social, economic and ecological sustainability. When applying our knowledge in daily activities, we are empowered with quality of life. This brings benefits to individuals and communities.

My professional experience includes more than 5 years as a computer teacher (Microsoft Office), as well as workshops and lectures of biology and science. Also, I have 2 years of experience in Portugal, working to guide tourists and explain the local geology and biology.
