The Art of Origami and Paper Design

Ages 6-13

Origami is shown to help young students enhance important skills such as characterization, comprehension and visual spatial skills. This course is designed around those principals for students who want to learn the fundamental level of origami crafts. When students complete this course, they will be able to fold origami crafts and learn several patterns of different creative designs. The course is built to engage the student through a step by step approach for each design from beginner level to intermediate. During the course students will be able to fold efficiently various types of papers and have the right methodologies to push their designs to new levels. In this dynamic class we will be proposing many new topics of learning to meet student’s needs.
